VA and Keyboard layout...

Hello, I have problems with VA Smalltalk and some keyboard layouts
(Windows). For example, using Spanish keyboard some keys don't work
(For example, the very important caret ^^^ !).
I Even tried to build my own keyboard layout, using "Microsoft
Keyboard layout creator", and my layouts work in every windows
application, except in VA. Anybody knows why? Anybody knos how to
solve it?.
