Does anyone know why my VICE 128 emulator is lagging in sound?
I'm coding in GEOS, using GEOS 128, and my sound triggers about 1/8 of a
second after the event. This is quite obvious just playing the game.
When I take the game to a physical C128, the sound triggers perfectly.
Any ideas?
Sean. |

That does indeed help immensely, Spiro!
Thank you!
I set my sound buffer size to the smallest available in the drop-down menu,
and now it's much better. It may or may not be dead on, I can't really tell,
but the fact that I can't tell is good. Before, I could tell the lag was
about 1/8 of a second. This is probably 1/32 or less.

Could it also help to set the "Sound Synchronization" Setting to "Adjusting"?
