I had DSL for the past year, now I switch to COX broadband. They
connect me with cable a Scientific Atlanta modem with only one data
port outlet and said if I wanted to hook-up my other computer I would
have to buy a Lisksys router. I still have my wireless modem from my
DSL it is a Westell model B90-327W15-06, versalink gateway with four
data ports. Is ther a patch or software that I can use to enable this
modem to work????

I guess not. But you can buy a used Linksys (not wireless) router for
less than ten $10 (plus shipping) on Ebay. If you want wireless, they
go for about $35 (plus shipping) on Ebay.

Brand new ones can be had for only a bit more in a major electronics

chain or online.
