I'm hoping someone can help me, I can't find a help forum per se. I've
used AppleWin 1.14.2 with my copy of Vista before, but now it won't
open. Actually what happens is the application appears in the bar at
the bottom of the screen, but no application window. If I double-click
a disk image, AppleWin beeps just as it would when you restart the
emulation. I've tried it with and without XP Compatibility and I've
run it in Administrator mode and without. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated. |

Is it hiding? Try hitting Alt-Spacebar after starting it up. Then
select Move, and hit the cursor keys to move it around the screen.
(Those are the keys in XP, anyway... hopefully MS didn't move them in
Vista...) |

I figured it out! For whatever reason, AppleWin was off-screen, as if
I had another monitor connected (which I have never done). So a right-
click on the task bar, selecting move, and pressing the arrow keys
brought it back into play! |
