My problem - I have a large video that I want to post on my personal
website and make available to a select group. I want the video to begin
streaming as soon as the user selects it. That is, I don't want the user
to have to wait until the entire video file downloads to their local
computer before it begins to play. I don't want the user to have to
acquire any special viewing software, beyond the usual Microsoft Media
Player and/or QuickTime Player.
My questions - (1) is this the right group to pose this question, and
(2) how can I configure the host server to make this happen?
Any help will be most appreciated.
