where can I obtain this version of the game?...

Hi there.
I seem to remember a version of the tube which
had a trainer accompanied by music, I did get the game from somewhere,
but I can't for the life of me remember where.
I've looked on arnold under auto and blast and arcade,
but the only copies I could find had no trainer at all.
Are you able to help?
