I'm hoping someone can suggest a (hopefully free) Windows application
that can batch resize images and imprint a copyright message.
1) The resize must be able to handle landscape or portrait
orientation... eg: a 1024x768 photo to 800x600 or a 768x1024 to
600x800.
2) The imprint can be text based, or image based (eg: a TGA file with
the text and an alpha plane). This too must handle landscape or
portrait orientation.
3) Bonus operation: add a 1 pixel wide black border.
