I've got a 2H252-25R switch that is acting very wierd.
If I try to start it with the COM cable attached, I get stuff
on my screen that goes through various system checks
eventually getting to "Image Successfully Loaded" then
the thing seems to be hung. The CPU light is solid red.
If I don't have the COM cable attached, the CPU light
will eventually go from solid red to solid green. It takes
quite a long time. I have not stared at it the whole time,
so I don't know if the port lights blink when the CPU light
goes green (like what happens on another working switch
I have here).
Even when I can get the CPU light to go green, the switch
itself doesn't seem to work right.
I have tried the reset button and the #7 dip switch to clear out
NVRAM. Nothing seems to change.
