Hey, I was playing FFIX all fine and dandy, watching the movies and such
until I got to the movie after black waltz no.3 on the ship. About at the
time the ship passes the camera the entire game freezes. Any suggestions?

Download FPSE, Untar it.. blah blah blah
copy your EPSXE plugins to your FPSE plugin directory
copy the memcards there too.
tell FPSE to use your EPSXE memcard file (you'll have to choose all files in
the dialog when you do.)
Go to the airship scene in FPSE..
You most likely wont be able to watch the MDEC.. It's not any more
spectacular than the other in-game movies anyway, but at least it will
work.
BTW: I would switch to PCSX, it's WAAAAY better than EPSXE right now.. |
