Hello!
I need to print by Oracle Reports using pcl language so i need to convert
my ttf font to tfm file for laserjet 4 printer any idea?

Windows utility CrossFont 5.5 will do precisely that. Other than that,
CUPS on Linux makes it possible to print directly as PDF file
