Got an Encounter question for the Cadence P&R toolset. I need to get
together a pin placement file for Encounter and was wondering what
tool/methodology can be used. The full custom block will be the master
and the encounter pins need to line up. Ive used JupiterXL in the past
for this with Astro . Does Cadence offer a tool for this?
