A quick invitation to CORBA and DDS users who may be in Chicago next
week for the Futures Industry Association Expo.
OCI will be there featuring our open source solutions. Many now have
relevance to the Futures Industry where low latency, determinism and
other real time characteristics are front and center.
We have an open source implementation of the FAST standard which can
decode market data messages in less than 3 microseconds. Use that
(called QuickFAST) to front end OpenDDS and you have a low latency
information flow to the traders desktops.
For trading we support QuickFIX for C++ and Java. We have helped
clients certify their FIX based trading systems across many exchanges.
We also help traders put together high performance scalable trading
systems. The same quality software engineering and open source
products that have supported weapons systems is helping financial
services companies get an edge.
