asked him if he knows anything about it. I'll report
his reply (if he
doesn't reply here himself).
Rick has replied.
It is news to him that amazon.co.uk is not selling
it, but he does know that there is
some sort of problem with payments to
the publisher by Amazon. He doesn't say if it is
a technical or
commercial problem.
He does say that he thinks it is
available from amazon.com still. And
of course one can always order the book from
lulu.com direct
