Well, it openes but it takes a while. We are 3 users, and i am a only one
that has this problem.
Don't remember what I did to cause it? Any ideas?

That's probably it. Photoshop is a bit quirky when it comes to network
printers - the connection is initialized when you open your first image.
Add your network printer back, but do not set it as the default printer,
and Photoshop should behave better.
