Vista Bill correctly id'd them as Coronet and Coronet Bold
Coronet is available from just about every font foundry, and there are
a number of reasonable quality free versions as well. You may already
have it, or may have one of these, which are equivalent to Coronet:
Pageant (Micrologic)
Ribbon 131 (Bitstream)
Cornet (WSI/IMSI)
Coronation (SWFTE)
Ohio Script (?)
Hyazinth (Brendel Informatik, Softmaker)

quickly amazes me. My old mind locks up when I try to do such as that
anymore (at my age).
