Paradox 9 Style Sheets...

I'm having issues with style sheets.
I have created a form with all the design objects the way I want them (colors, table frame grids, button styles, fonts).
I tell Paradox to save it as the default style sheet or as a new style sheet.
But when I attempt to use the style sheet in a new form, all I get is the original default style sheet. Black on white, Table frames are double grid with no record divider .... etc.

What am I missing?

John,

You have to copy styles to the button on the toolbar, then save your custom
style sheet (as I recall). I swear I once posted grave details on how to
make a custom style sheet, but I don't have the tools here to find it. I'll
look at home.

Consider using ProView's Object Repository instead - a style sheet can hold
one style for a field object (regardless of display type, so you can save
your desired Labeled Field style OR your desired Edit field style, or your
desired Combo field style, etc.); with ProView, you can save each of them.

FWIW,

Liz

Thanks Liz,

I know I've copied an object to the tool bar to have the same style on a form.
I just never equated that with saving a style ... but that does make sense.

ah yes, Proview ... it has a lot of features I have yet to discover.
