Hello,
I am not a real fan of race games... but it's kinda surprising that most
race games still don't offer to option to race with a bike or a car.
Could be fun for multiplayer to see if a bike can win from a car or vice
versa ?! ;)
Especially with counter-traffic :)

Kind of a hard one to track down, but on the $20 rack now:
Test Drive Unlimited
Lets you drive cars, and eventually (once you've "found" all the car
dealerships) drive bikes. Most of the races will let you take what you
want, some require a specific class of car or bike.
Also playable online, for as long as Atari keeps the servers going...
