Our client is a 100 year old company seeking a full time, direct hire
DBA for the IT headquarters in Western New York. This is a permanent
position with an opportunity to work with the organization for the
long haul, enjoying promotion from within, excellent benefits and a
secure future.
Note - this is NOT a senior level position. Anyone with exposure to
Adabas could be considered. Client is looking for 2-3 years of
database administration experience and will train on Adabas as well.
Comparable database system are a plus, DB2, Oracle and SQL DBA's at
this same level will be reviewed.
Mandatory Requirements:
MUST be a US Citizen - no exceptions
MUST have a minimum Bachelor's degree, concentrations can vary
Candidate should have 1-3 years of solid hands on DBA experience.
