I use ms v8. Why does my scroll Zoom in/out responds very Slow!
There is a 2 second delay every time I use my scroll button to zoom in
and out. Is that normal? What could be affecting this? thanks. |

If you are using an IntelliPoint mouse v6.0/v6.1/v6.2 driver, that
might be the cause. There is a write-up regarding this on the Be
Communities wiki that might be worth checking into.
