My old computer had a modem with 2 telephone jacks and two small round
sound jacks (mike and speaker). I used a head set plugged to the sound
jacks and FaxTalk Communicator 4.5.5.009.
In switching to a new computer with Vista I bought a new Zoom 3025
modem which is Vista compatible. The new modem has only two telephone
jacks. I have installed FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5. It does just about
everything I need it to do but I cannot figure out how to use my
headset. Is there a way to use a head set so that the telephone
connection can be used with the headset? My computer has two set of 2
plugs each for sound (mike and speaker). Is using a headset connected
to the jack of a portable telephone handset the best solution?
