After reading what Spencer Bolles said on Jan. 19, 1985,

made me think about the future, and what is in store. Talking about the
Y2K 15 years before it was happening. Will people 15 years from now, be
browsing the Google Groups archives, or hopefully browse the still
active news groups and think, "Wow, they were thinking the future", or
think, "Ha, ha! That was so 15 years ago". Will there be an internet in
15 years. Thinking that made me start a new newsgroup, called "Think of
the Future". Its at http://groups.google.com/group/think_of_the_future
