Specific MRTG SNMPv3 RRDtool issue

Hello,

Hoping someone can help.

Running mrtg-2.15.1,1 on FreeBSD 6.2

snmpv3 is configured on our network. MRTG (RRD logging) is retrieving
data via snmpv3 for all devices except 1 Catalyst 4503. I am able to
retrieve data on this device performing a manual snmpwalk using snmpv3
parameters. I am also able to get MRTG to retrieve data via snmpv3
when using Rateup as opposed to RRD logging.

So the problem exists only with the combination of MRTG using RRD
logging via snmpv3 with this particular device. The MRTG Config being
used is:

cfgmaker --global "ImageDir: [Image Dir]" \
--global "HtmlDir: [HTML Dir]" \
--global "LogDir: [Log Dir]" \
--global "LogFormat: rrdtool" \
--global "PathAdd: /usr/local/bin/" \
--global "LibAdd: /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/mach/" \
--global "Options[_]: growright,bits" \
--global "RunAsDaemon:Yes" \
--global "Refresh: 300" \
--output [Output Location] \
--ifdesc=descr \
--subdirs=HOSTNAME \
--enableSnmpV3 --username=[user] --authproto=MD5 --
authpassword=[authpwd] --privprotocol=des --privpassword=[privpwd] \
--snmp-options=:::::3 \
--contextengineid=[context ####] \
user@hostname \

The configuration on the Cat 4503 matches the configuration on our
other Cisco products. Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott
