Pinnacle Systems- Digital Video Creator

We purchased a "Dazzle" Digital Video Creator to convert VHS movies to MP3.
The software was removed from my computer a while ago, and I now want to use
it again.

Does anyone have the device driver? This thing has three RCA jacks on one
end- and cable with USB jack on the other.
