I have a seat of an old version of ideas. My original contract says
that the license has no time limit unless I go bust, etc. I have not
used the software for some time and now it is not working so I need to
re-install it. UGS are saying that the license has "expired", however
that is not what the contract says. What expired was the rip-off
maintenance contract.
Now I need a password and the license but UGS are giving me a hard
time. They want me to go to a vendor of their software to buy a
maintenance contract, just to get the password and re-install the old
version of the software.
Am I getting ripped off again? |
