I am looking for some reasonably realistic, fairly large C++ and/or
biomedical benchmarks at short notice. These need to run in a few
hours or so, but to be indicative of real applications that might
run for a day and need hundreds of MB or the odd GB. I.e. not just
computational kernels or tests of specific language aspects.
Any ideas?
